In 1991, Mr. Zhou started making sewing thread in his house with 3 machines. In 1994, the business had grown large enough to move to new factory, eventually growing to export sewing thread to the entire world. In 1999, Mr. Zhou began dyeing yarn. Yarn produced at the factory found a ready market among the shirt and tie factories. In 2006, the factory moved to the newly established economic development zone, becoming the largest dyeing factory in the City of Shengzhou.
